Prof. Dr. İlber Ortaylı will not be able to attend the "Tarsus in Foundation and Liberation" talk scheduled for Friday, November 7, as part of the 4th International Tarsus Festival due to health issues.

The talk will proceed as planned with Sinan Meydan at the same date and time.
